Problems & Solutions

Addressing modern healthcare's problems.

In today's world, getting the right prescriptions at the right time isn't as easy as you might think. From shortages in medical and pharmaceutical personnel to medication delays, more and more patients are finding themselves unable to get the care they really need. In the short term, this may seem like just an inconvenience. In the long term, it can lead to serious, if not cumulative, health consequences.

Problems

1

Fewer Doctors, Less Time With fewer doctors in our care centers and more potential patients in the country's growing population, the time spent prescribing the right medication is decreasing rapidly. According to an ATM PBM survey, 48% of doctors said they see more than 120 patients a month and spend only 10-20 minutes with each patient they see. In the future, this problem is only going to get worse.

2

Slow Medicine, Growing Illness When the right medications aren't prescribed on time, patients are more likely to experience more serious health issues. This can deeply impact their quality of life, especially for individuals with familial risks or presenile or progressive dementia, hypertension linked to vital organ failures, and diabetes. For example, the CDC has warned that the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in young people could increase nearly 700% by 2060 and type 1 diabetes by 65%.

3

Empty Pharmacies, Unfilled Prescriptions Technician turnover rates are on the rise, and much of the pharmaceutical workforce has yet to replenish itself. A 2021 ASHP survey found that pharmacy executives have already lost 41% of their technician workforce. The fewer pharmacists and pharmacy technicians we have, the less prescriptions get filled accurately and on time.

4

Urgent Care, Overwhelming Demand 50% of all ambulatory healthcare occurs in costlier emergency and urgent care facilities. Prescribers often see patients several days or even weeks behind taking needed medications. This places too much preventable strain on our healthcare system, and every participant, whether in cost or practice, feels the burden.

5

No Forgiveness for Forgetfulness Getting caught without your medications, such as forgetting them before going on a trip, can lead to serious complications or extended illness. Unfortunately, it's not so simple to phone your doctor and ask for a new prescription. It can take days or weeks for one to get back to you, and take even longer for a prescription to arrive.

Taking the problems out of prescriptions.

We created our patented two-part ATM PBM solution to alleviate wasted spend in our healthcare system, help medical professionals choose the right prescriptions, and remedy the negative impact many patients experience to their health without immediate access to medication.

In this way, we can not only accelerate a patient's healthcare, but also reduce adverse outcomes up to 20% in conditions such as (and not limited to):

1

Diabetes

2

Heart Attacks

3

Hypertension

4

Kidney Failure

5

Liver Failure

6

Strokes

7

Presenile Dementia

Overview

ATM PBM

Helping patients get their meds on the go.

No more phone calls. No more wait times. With our ambulatory ATMs, patients can access everyday prescriptions in a short-term supply without having to deal with provider delays. Once a prescriber authorizes the use of a new medication, individuals will be free to immediately “trial” it, reducing untimely delays in doctor's visits or while at pharmacies. From there, it's as simple as picking up a prescription and getting back on the go. We also plan to provide full pharmacy services ourselves, including delivery of up to a 3-month supply for long-term meds needed to manage conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

Discovering the right scripts, right on time.

Through a unique patented predictive science software, our PBM solution provides doctors with a Decision Support Report detailing potentially prescribable and immediately available medications. With it, clinicians can identify prescriptions up to four months away and with up to 80% accuracy.

Based on each patient's unique health needs, economic risk factors, and other statistics determined by our adjustable Preference Fence, this process will allow prescribers to comfortably leverage predictive science while still keeping them in full control of their patient recommendations.
